Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI My Task (the "Service"), a WhatsApp-based tool that converts photographs or PDFs of bills, receipts and statements into spreadsheets. By messaging our WhatsApp number or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI My Task lets you send images or PDFs of business documents over WhatsApp. When you type "Convert", we extract line-item data from your documents, check the arithmetic, and send back a spreadsheet in the same chat. The Service is currently offered as an early-access, evolving product and may change over time.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• You agree to only send documents you have the right to share and process.
• You will not use the Service to upload unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the source documents you send us.

3. Accuracy of results

The Service uses OCR and AI-based extraction, cross-checked with arithmetic validation. While we flag rows that don't reconcile as "Needs Review", extraction from photographed or low-quality documents can still contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing flagged rows and verifying the accuracy of any spreadsheet before relying on it for accounting, tax, or other business decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of complete accuracy.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the spreadsheets generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service (see our Privacy Policy for details on how data is processed, stored and deleted, including our 30-day retention window).

5. WhatsApp / Meta platform

The Service is delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp itself remains subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, message delivery failures, or changes to WhatsApp's platform that are outside our control.

6. Fees

AI My Task is currently offered in early access. Any future pricing will be communicated to you in advance; continued use of the Service after pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the applicable fees.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by simply not messaging our WhatsApp number, or by requesting account and data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI My Task and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in extracted data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees, if any, you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
